The Lewis N. Clark AM/PM pill organizer can be used whether you’re traveling or you simply want an easy way to carry around your medications with you. It is designed with sixteen clear pouches, which can be individually taken out as needed. With both blue tabs and red tabs as well as numbers, you can easily keep track of which pills you’ve taken throughout the day and night without accidentally missing a dose, which is especially important if you’re taking prescription medications. It’s also good for every-day pills intended for upset stomach, headaches and migraines, colds, allergies, and other over-the-counter remedies. Daily supplements and vitamins can also be easily organized. Instead of bringing each individual bottle with you, this sleek folding medication holder can easily fit into your purse, briefcase, carry-on bag, backpack, suitcase, etc. and you’ll still have room for your other belongings. The polyester material ensures that you’ll be adding virtually no weight to your bag. The Velcro closure keeps contents secure and even adjusts to accommodate the number of pills you’re carrying. The exterior zippered pocket holds the medical reference card, but it’s also good for doctors’ prescriptions, receipts, and other papers. Its subdued black color also blends in easily with your belongings so others won’t even realize that it is a pill organizer. In case a medical emergency arises and you need assistance, the medical reference card includes spaces for your name, emergency contact information, physician contact information, medical conditions, allergies, and current medications, which can be very important when you’re not in a local area. Instead of lugging around individual boxes or bottles of pills on your travels, or trying to keep track of which medications you’ve taken throughout the day, save space and weight in your bag - as well as time - by using this portable pill organizer.

Great product to organize your daily medications and/or supplements
My wife and I are at that age where each of us now have a small amount of medications we have to take a couple of times a day. We were planning on taking a vacation with our daughter and thought this might be a good way to organize all those little pills and capsules. We each took a side, her on the red and me on the blue. We were able to put each day's pills and supplements into the little zip lock bags. Each bag goes into a specific slot that you pull out each day. The whole thing folded up nicely and did not take up a lot of room in our carry on luggage. I liked that we could have just one source for all of our medications in a neat and organize product. Would definitely suggest to people who have to travel with a lot of pills.

Great idea just needs a small re-design
I LOVED the idea of this. Each days pills in a small tough plastic zip lock bag so I could take with me for the day. But you can see from the picture that I have this filled for 14 days (day 8 for each side is empty) and it becomes too bulky to close shut properly. If it had a wider spine then you could easily add other medical items as in bandaids, aspirin, etc. The spine needs to be more like a book vs just a fold. The pouches seem plenty large, enough for more pills but the case does not.

Fantastic pill organizer for on the go
I keep a few days worth of medication for morning and night with me all the time. It's important that I get my meds or things might go wrong. I had previously used small hard shell containers. These weren't very good because they take up a lot of room and there are multiple containers. But the worst thing about the hard side containers is, the pills rattle around inside constantly. After a couple of months of carrying pills, the containers are coated in "pill dust" because they've been slowly disintegrating rattle by rattle, day by day. This organizer has vinyl (or some kind of plastic) zipper pouches. These pouches are tucked into the nylon carrier, which folds tightly together with its velcro closure. So the whole thing is "tight" and doesn't rattle at all. The large pouch is good for bulkier things. In my case I have calcium based antacids in that pouch. Those are fairly huge and fit nicely into that bigger pouch. I almost forgot: The organizer has small cloth tabs that can tuck under the pouches, or over. You can use these tabs to indicate which pouches still have meds in them. Tucked in could mean "empty" and tucked out could mean "full". Your choice. It's a good way to identify which pouches have pills since you can't really see the pills when the pouches are tucked into the organizer. This organizer is outstanding.

Love it
Bought this to keep all of my emergency travel meds together on a trip abroad. I labeled each of the tabs over the number with the medication and it worked very well. Had to use it numerous times on a recent trip and it's held up fine.

TWO TIMES IT WAS MISSING A PLASTIC POCKET
I bought the first one and loved it. Great for traveling. I bought the second one to give as a gift. It was missing one of the plastic pockets. I would have been happy with being sent a plastic pocket but instead, I received a replacement. THIS one also had a plastic pocket missing. It seems there is a lack of quality control in this item which is a shame. Because it is a great thing for travel. I only want a plastic pocket so this last one can also be used. No option for that?

So compact!
This pill organizer is very lightweight and lays pretty flat, taking up little space in luggage, unlike other plastic pill holders. It was easy to organize my daily supplements and even has extra slots and 2 zipper compartments for OTC meds and any necessary paperwork.

Perfect for Travel
Both me and my wife take medications for various things and one of the hardest things that anyone can tell you who takes medication their whole life can tell you is that traveling with medications can be very tricky and cumbersome The biggest problem with traveling with meds is where to put the bottles in the case in this case with this particular pack you can buy over and go to the grocery store and get little Med baggies for like five bucks and pack this case flat as about a pack of paper a small pack of paper folded over and fill the pockets as many times as you want making traveling with meds compact efficient and not a storage issue making it efficiently able thin enough that it will fit in any travel bag in the front pouch not bulging very practical very useful easy to use and more than efficient for the everyday Med taker on the go

Use to hold Cf cards
I bought this to hold CF cards in thier placstic boxes as most card holders require the cards to be removed from their boxes, increasing likelihood of damage. This works a treat even without the individual plastic zip locl "pill bags"

Great For Small Capsules or Small Amounts (Detailed Review)
I would like to start by saying this is a really awesome idea and I think if I only had a few vitamins, supplements, or medications this would have been perfect! I rated this item 4/5 stars because it is well constructed and would work very well for someone who has a few daily consumables. Unfortunately it did not meet my needs and I returned the item. Here is what I learned and tried to show in my pictures to help future buyers ... In the first image you will see the case open with a full packet of pills at the top. In this picture I have filled the first two rows #1-#8 with full zip packs. In the second image you can see that I have filled each packet almost to capacity and spread the pills out so that the zip packet is as flat as possible. In the third picture I have taken an image from eye level to show how bulky it became when filled with pills. The fourth, fifth, and sixth image show how trying to close the item was not possible with only the first two columns (eight pouches) filled. If I have filled all 16 zip packs I would have had to leave the folder open. I thought of possible a couple of possible work arounds to make the item work for my, however in the end I decided that for the price I would like whatever I buy to meet my needs as intended. 1.) If you staggered the columns you use the folder would close more easily, however, you would only get 8 days out of a 16 day folder. This approach could work in various ways (e.g., every other packet, etc.) however the result is still the same - you bought a travel pouch for 16 packets and you can't use them all. 2.) Depending on how many pills you take and how many days you could use one packet for one type of pill instead of one day - this would not work for my needs but it may work for yours. NOTE TO COMPANY: I think this is an excellent idea and with a few design tweaks would meet the needs of many more people and still be a compact easily transportable design. 1.) Increase the horizontal space between packet columns to to 1-1.5" this would compensate for the bulkiness of full packets of pills and allow for all 16 slots to be used. The middle fold would need to be increased. 2.) Slightly wider/taller zip packs to allow for greater amounts of pills to lay flat and sit lower to reduce bulky overlap (maybe put a fill like to show where to stop adding pills to avoid bulky overlap).

Awsome!
Love this! Bought two one for travel and one for home. So easy to grab and go for all or just one pack if im running late. Have to take my meds with food and so many times in the past if late i forgo the meds till im home cause i dont have time to make food. So this way have meds with me when i have a chance to eat something. Got the 8 and 16 count size so as it stands im good to go for 48 days without digging into my pill bottles. And filling not a huge issue just take your time and refill when ya got time. Well worth the purchase. Also bought extra plastic lewis and clark pouches just to have extra in a case if the days away on a trip extends past 8 or 16 days. This also fits nicely into the medicine safe lockable travel bag from amazon. So now i can have everything all in one spot plus the medicine bag allows for extra storage of pill bottles. So finally have a great system in place for home and work and travel.
